Abstract

Abstract: Burnout syndrome is prevalent in nurses who treat COVID-19 patients and is positively correlated with quality of life. This has the potential to meet job demands and increase the number of sick leave, reduce work effectiveness or even leave their jobs. SEFT can help a person overcome the problem. The fundamental purpose of this activity is to improve skills in overcoming personal problems both related to emotional and physical aspects through SEFT therapy. Stages and methods of implementation: This stage of activity is carried out through 3 stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities. Activities are carried out online using the zoom/meet platform to minimize the spread of covid-19. Results: Pre-test analysis shows that respondents' understanding at the time of pre-test is mostly less at 44 (62.9%) and during post-test mostly good is 49 (70%). Analysis with spearman rho correlation obtained p-value 0.0001 < 0.005. This means that there is a difference between understanding before and after training. This training activity is useful to prevent and overcome burnout syndrome so that the quality of life increases.
