Abstract

This community service project aims to enhance the competitiveness of the local SME Enting-Enting Gepuk Gedung Batu, through the implementation of digital promotion strategies and local product branding. As a traditional snack producer based in Salatiga, the business faces challenges in expanding its market reach and establishing a strong brand identity amid the growing competition in the snack industry. The methods used included intensive training, technical assistance, and the direct application of promotional strategies through social media, digital content creation, and product packaging redesign. The results show a significant improvement in visual branding, increased consumer engagement on social platforms, and a rise in product demand from outside the region. This program demonstrates that appropriate digital marketing and branding strategies can serve as effective solutions to boost the visibility and competitiveness of local SMEs. Further recommendations include strengthening digital marketing management and expanding distribution channels through e-commerce platforms.
