The community service program aimed to improve the practical skills of non-productive housewives in Watugaluh Village through training on preparing a functional herbal beverage combining ginger rhizome, turmeric rhizome, and lemongrass. The program used a participatory approach consisting of needs assessment, health education, live demonstration, guided practice, and mentoring on hygiene, formulation, packaging, and basic costing. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-tests, a skills observation checklist, and participant satisfaction surveys. The results indicated increased knowledge and skills, with most participants able to independently produce standardized herbal drinks and calculate basic production costs. The activity also generated a simple recipe booklet and recommended follow-up coaching for household-scale microbusiness development.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong>. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga non produktif di Desa Watugaluh melalui pelatihan pembuatan minuman herbal fungsional berbahan kombinasi rimpang jahe, rimpang kunyit, dan serai. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahap identifikasi kebutuhan, penyuluhan, demonstrasi, praktik terbimbing, serta pendampingan terkait higienitas, formulasi, pengemasan, dan perhitungan biaya sederhana. Evaluasi dilakukan memakai pretest-posttest, lembar observasi keterampilan, dan survei kepuasan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan; sebagian besar peserta mampu memproduksi minuman herbal secara mandiri dengan standar resep serta menghitung biaya pokok produksi. Luaran kegiatan berupa buku saku resep sederhana dan rekomendasi pendampingan lanjutan untuk pengembangan usaha mikro skala rumah tangga.</p>2026-02-06T03:28:51+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 arif wicaksono
